Questions
SAT prep tutoring FAQs
When should SAT prep start?
It depends on the learner and their test date. Your tutor can suggest a plan after a first lesson. Starting a few months ahead usually means shorter, calmer sessions.
Are lessons online or in person?
Either. Online lessons take place over video, so you can learn from anywhere in the U.S. In-person lessons depend on a suitable tutor being available near you. You can choose either option when you request a tutor.
How long is each lesson?
A standard lesson is one hour. If a shorter or longer session would suit the learner better, let us know when you request a tutor.
What does it cost?
You pay us a set hourly price that depends on the learner’s level, rather than negotiating with each tutor. See our pricing page for details.
