1. About us

Superprof-Tutors (“we”, “us”) provides one-to-one tutoring by matching learners with tutors who work with us. Our website issuperprof-tutors.com. Superprof-Tutors is operated by Vegaphnx Solutions LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, 444 Alaska Avenue, Suite #BSI579, Torrance, CA 90503.

2. Using this website

By using this website or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. You must be 18 or over to create an account. A parent or legal guardian must create the account and make requests on behalf of a learner under 18.

3. Your account

  • Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password secure and don’t share your account.
  • Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

4. Tutoring services

When you request a tutor, we try to match you with a suitable tutor. We can’t guarantee a match for every subject, level, time or location. Lessons are delivered by tutors who work with us as independent contractors.

5. Prices and payment

Lesson prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars. You pay us, not the tutor. You must not arrange lessons or payments directly with a tutor outside our service.

6. Applying to tutor

Applying doesn’t guarantee that we will work with you. We may decline an application at our discretion. Approved tutors will be asked to sign a separate independent contractor agreement and agree to our code of conduct.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to:

  • break the law or harm anyone, especially children
  • provide false information or impersonate someone else
  • upload harmful code, or try to access parts of the site you are not authorized to use
  • collect other users’ personal information

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We make no warranties, representations, or guarantees, whether express or implied, regarding the platform’s availability, reliability, accuracy, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that students will achieve specific academic results, that tutors will meet every user's expectations, or that the platform will be available without interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities.

9. Disputes

If a dispute arises out of or relates to the platform, these Terms, a booking, a payment, or a user's relationship with us, we encourage the parties to attempt to resolve the matter informally before initiating formal proceedings.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we’ll let account holders know by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable federal law.
